When the Course asks to remember something every hour, I’ve found it easier to set a timer or alarm. I have a number of options set up on my phone and I can just turn on the ones I want to for the day. Otherwise it can be easy to get involved in the world and forget to remember and revel in who we are:).
Which is after all, the point of being here.
