LESSON 87. Second Review
(73) I will there be light.
This cannot hide the light I will to see.
You stand with me in light, [name].
In the light this will look different.
(74) Holding grievances is an attack on Love’s plan for salvation.
Let me perceive this in accordance with the Will of God.
It is God’s Will you are His Son, [name], and mine as well.
This is part of God’s Will for me, however I may see it.
Reworded:
Let me perceive this in accordance with the Will of Love.
It is Love’s Will you are His Son/Her Daughter, [name], and mine as well.
This is part of Love’s Will for me, however I may see it.

Comment:
When I read thoughts like today’s I remember to clarify for myself that the kind of Will that is talked about here is not that kind of stress inducing ‘force of will’ where I imagine bulging veins and sweat pouring off people’s forehead’s but more the idea of simply – making a choice.
“This is part of God’s Will for me, however I may see it” can certainly get my hackles up, so I imagine it does the same for others too. If you’ve had any kind of religious conditioning at all it’s so easy to go into thinking what is meant here is about our personal situation in the world and seeing it as some form of punishment. I don’t think God put us here nor put us in any specific situation. What I do believe is meant here is that no matter what situation we find ourselves in God’s Will or Love’s Choice is always there for us to make.
Then again, if it is part of God’s Will, in the traditional sense, if God is Love, then no matter what situation we find ourselves in or feel we have got ourselves into, it means that’s the exact situation we need to forgive not only everyone else but ourselves, or ourselves through everyone else, and let ourselves off whatever hooks we’ve got ourselves on or dungeons we have ourselves in.
