The thought for today is a relief really. Of course that’s if you feel capable and up to it. As nice as it is to know that you are the only one that has the keys to your jail cell there can still be some reticence in jumping off the bed, turning the key in the lock and walking out into the fresh air.
Now is the time to separate yourself from that reticence. Tuck it up in bed so that it feels safe and sound. And quietly, without fuss with not a small amount of glee, unlock the door so as not to wake it, tiptoe outside and relax into the freedom and breathe the air like you’ve never done before but you had always hoped was possible.
