I just bought some of these meditation mp3’s and gave them to my frontline leaders who have reached a certain level plus got one for myself. You may want to check them out for Christmas presents for yourself or others.
I went through the first meditation today and it certainly set me up for the day. It got me back in the flow with a deeper feeling of being connected to source than I have had for the past week since getting back from the Gold Coast.
