New Irish Documentary on Sugar

Great documentary.   But the problem is not just in Ireland, it’s in all Western/Modern cultures.

The best way to deal with it?

Go cold turkey and deal with the withdrawal symptoms with rest, water, salt if you are not hypertensive or in heart failure, and good quality fat.

Even WHO’s recommendation of 3-6 teaspoons of sugar is too much in my opinion.  Fruit, as has been said, is natures candy and should be limited or eliminated depending on how intolerant to carbohydrate you are.
